Marathon Factions
Factions in Marathon are quest givers that provide powerful rewards, credits, upgrades, and more. By completing contracts for a faction, Runners will be able to build up their reputation and unlock exclusive items such as weapons, cores, and gadgets.
How Factions Work
Build reputation with six corporations operating on Tau Ceti IV to unlock exclusive gear and upgrades:
- Complete Contracts: Any teammate completing faction contracts increases reputation
- Successful Extractions: Earn reputation points every time you extract
- Intercept Events: Participate in dynamic events to gain bonus reputation
- Unlock Rewards: Progress through upgrade tracks to unlock weapons, cores, gadgets, and stat bonuses

Nucaloric
