Every WARDOGS update in one place — the official developer notes plus, where we hold both builds, a computed data diff of every stat change. Newest patch first.
A quick patch built around the server browser: it splits into separate Community and Official browsers, adds text search and persistent server IDs, and comes with an apology to community-server hosts — plus a batch of cash-exploit fixes, more GPU crash fixes, extra Asian server capacity, and a hard line on economy abuse. Deployed with roughly an hour of maintenance on Monday, September 14.

Server browser & community server discoverability
BULKHEAD's note: community servers have been underserved and the server browser as a whole has been poor. This update begins reworking the browser in favour of community servers, with more to follow.
Community server bonus
By way of apology, for the next week community servers give a bonus 5% End of Match cash bonus — if you're grinding, jump into a community server.
Split the front end into two browsers, Community and Official, so community admins and hosts aren't buried.
Removed unnecessary filtering from Official Servers — there are no official modified game modes, so filters were dropped from the Official browser.
Improved reliability of filtering in Community Servers.
Added text-based search to Community Servers.
Community Server IDs now persist between matches and restarts. IDs were previously wiped on map change and restart; each server now has its own unique, persistent ID you can join by — though the number is much longer for security reasons.
Added Show Empty / Full to the browser quick bar.
Updated the Host button to direct to the correct location.
Server name ordering and naming: servers are now sorted alphabetically regardless of special characters and numbers, and you can no longer use more than one space at a time.
Upcoming features
Requested community features that are in the pipeline but not yet ready — separate from the Season 2 content work, aimed at short-term quality-of-life feedback:
Community server favouriting
Tiered priority queues for community servers
Message of the Day prompt
Improved warmup activities
Disabling AFK kicking during seeding
Team switching controls
Other fixes
Various cash exploits have been fixed.
More GPU crashes addressed.
Increased capacity in Asia
Increased server capacity in the Asian region to support growing interest there, with more focus on Asia to come.
Our stance on economy abuse
The economy links all players into one shared universe, so BULKHEAD is coming down hard on abuse. Finding and reporting an issue is fine — QA is welcome — but repeatedly exploiting it is not. The consequences:
Behaviour
Consequence
Abusing cash exploits and bugs
Timed ban (length scaled by any previous bans), plus cash and XP reset to 0.
Creating content that tutorialises economy exploits and bugs
Permanent ban — treated as advertising cheats.
XP farming (joining known XP-farm servers)
Permanent ban — servers entered are tracked, and farm servers are flagged.
Test something once or twice and report it, no problem — but keep doing it over and over and the backend data will flag it as abuse.
Notes summarised from the official WARDOGS patch notes on Steam.
The first official WARDOGS changelog: an exploit fix, a reworked report and moderation system, voice-chat and server-browser fixes, vehicle balance, a batch of crash and performance fixes, and a large progression rework heading into Season 1.0 — slower levels 10–20, a flatter curve past 35, and reshuffled unlocks and prices.
Exploits
Fixed an exploit that let players reach an unintended position on the church roof.
Reporting & moderation
Added a new report tracking system.
Reports are now weighted so that repeat and bad-faith reporters carry less influence.
Cheater bans are now announced in server when match termination is turned off.
The "kicked from server" message now only appears if you were actually banned.
Server browser & front end
Reworked server browser filtering.
Fixed community server images scaling incorrectly.
The Host a server button now links straight to the hosting page.
Voice chat
Fixed voice cutting out permanently after a failed join — stale channel rejoins, push-to-talk targeting and re-login all recover properly now.
Improved voice reliability under load, and added a visible communication status.
Gameplay & vehicles
Blackhawk balance pass, and a fix for sluggish pitch.
Helicopter input damping now applies to every input device.
Vehicle turrets now have a maximum operator rotation speed.
155mm, 122mm and flare deployables now take up more room in your loadout.
Fixed a DPI issue affecting tank aiming.
Brought the Blackhawk chase-camera rotation rattle down by 6 dB.
Performance & stability
DLSS Frame Generation can now be turned off without restarting, and the render target pool is configurable.
Reduced shadow cache refreshes, which cuts hitching when you take control of a character.
Fixed two crash paths in the frame generation pipeline.
GPU crash reports now carry more detail, so issues can be acted on faster.
Removed a legacy graphics dependency.
Shadow quality is now clamped to Low on high benchmark scores rather than being switched off entirely.
Fixed a crash caused by network calls scheduled off the game thread.
Fixed a crash when closing a chatbox entry tooltip.
You can now only join a session through presence if you are friends.
Fixed a crash involving buildables.
Fixed a crash when firing a weapon whose owner had left.
Dropped items no longer affect navigation, which claws back a little performance.
Improved startup reliability, with clearer messages when something fails early and a route to recovery.
Balance changes
The developers' summary: levels are slowed around 10 to 20 and the curve flattens from 35 onward, so median players (20–25 hours) sit around level 20 while the top 5% chasing big-ticket items have to grind. Artillery moves to Career 90 and Heavy Tank to Driver 35, with the Driver track rejigged for a satisfying escalation through attack vehicles. Forward Operating Base and Large Hammer vendor prices go up to make them more of a choice.
Levels 10 to 20 slowed down, with the curve flattening from 35 onward.
Artillery moved to Career level 90, and Heavy Tank moved to Driver level 35.
Forward Operating Base and Large Hammer vendor prices raised so they are more of a choice.
XP bands
Beta balancing was tuned for weekend-long tests; the new bands aim for where progression should sit long term. Each season will ship a different XP curve with a different item order.

Rebalanced the role-track XP curve from level 6 upward — level 6 moves from 8,750 to 9,250 (~5.7% slower), with a larger increase at level 10.
Rescaled the supply-crate purchase curve from 25–250 down to 1–200, so low-value items are priced sensibly and cannot be abused.

Data Diff · Computed
What the game data says: beta #2 → launch build
Everything below is read straight from the game's data tables, not from the notes: the last closed-beta build (25098628, the September 3–6 test) compared field by field against the launch build (25228621, September 10). Where the official notes and the data disagree, the data wins.

Progression, prices and two loadout footprints — see below
Asset renames and door save IDs only — no stat changes
Weapon, ammo, armour and damage numbers did not move
Every weapon, attachment, ammunition, armour, damage and vehicle stat table is byte-identical between the two builds. The Blackhawk "balance pass" in the notes is not in the shipped data tables; its flight model lives in code or in Blueprint assets that this comparison does not cover. Everything in the database and the calculators still holds.
Role XP curve, all 100 levels
One curve is shared by the six role tracks (Driver, Infantry, Medic, Pilot, Recon, Support). Levels 1–5 are untouched; every level from 6 up costs more, peaking at more than double around level 20 and settling to roughly 20% slower from level 35. The Career track is not part of this table.

Unlock trees: every node that moved
All 233 unlock nodes across the seven trees were matched by item, so a node counts as changed only when its required level, price or track differs. 26 did. The data confirms the official list and adds one the notes skipped: the Deagle's 7-round magazine follows the pistol down from Career 90 to 85.
The notes also list flares as taking more room. No flare item changed shape in the tables compared here, so that change either lives outside the item definitions or did not ship in this build.
Housekeeping changes
Season definitions: the current season number goes from 2 to 1 and the two placeholder ALPHA seasons are removed.
Currency exchange table: the 528-entry Gold Bars rate history from the betas is dropped.
Client hot-config gains a communication-subsystem block with login retry limits, matching the voice-chat reconnect fixes.
Blackhawk (internal ROT_04) audio, first-person animation, killfeed and map-icon references are renamed from the old Huey/Blackhawk placeholders; no gameplay values change with them.
Four buildable gate and door definitions get new save IDs, which means bases saved with those pieces in the beta will not restore them.
Computed from the beta #2 and launch data dumps with the site's JSON diff tooling. Package counts include every item, table and asset the dump covers; only the fields that changed are listed.
How the computed diffs work
Whenever we hold two builds of the game data, the patch entry carries a computed diff alongside the official notes: every table is compared field by field and only real changes are listed. Season 1.0 has the first one (beta #2 vs launch). Patch 0.11 changes server-side systems only, so there is no data diff for it yet.
